What’s a World Forum Event?
In a nutshell, a ServiceNow World Forum event is a mini, day-long, in-person conference. It may be compact, but it certainly packs a punch, with a full agenda of insightful sessions, hands-on demos, and rousing keynotes from industry leaders. It’s a unique opportunity to see the latest innovations in action across a whole range of industries and solutions – plenty to get stuck into.

Also worth keeping an eye on is ServiceNow’s Government Forum. The 2026 event took place back in March, and it will be back next year (February 25, 2027) at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

How Much Does It Cost to Attend?
In some ways, this is an easy one, because it’s free to attend! However, depending on where you’re based, there will be inevitable travel and accommodation costs to consider. If you’re local, of course, you won’t even need to worry about a hotel.
On the other end of the spectrum, ServiceNow’s flagship conference Knowledge has a hefty price tag attached ($2,195 for a full conference pass in 2026).
