ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 Must-See Sessions

By Christine Horton

ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 is almost here, bringing together customers, partners, developers, architects, and platform leaders for one of the biggest weeks in the ServiceNow calendar.

We asked the community which sessions they’re most excited about – from AI strategy and product innovation to hands-on technical learning and peer insights. And if you’re not attending in person, you can still follow key announcements and selected sessions through the event livestream and digital coverage.

Main Keynote

The headline session this year is Welcome to Agentic Business, where CEO Bill McDermott and ServiceNow leaders are expected to outline the company’s next phase of AI-native platform strategy.

With AI, data, governance, workflows, and security becoming more deeply integrated, this keynote should set the tone for what customers and partners can expect across the platform in 2026 and beyond.

Don’t Miss CreatorCon

Alongside these Knowledge sessions, don’t forget CreatorCon – the must-see part of Knowledge for builders, architects, admins, and developers who want practical value beyond the keynote stage.

It’s where ServiceNow pros get hands-on with platform innovation, technical deep dives, labs, and real-world build sessions you can take straight back to your organization.

“I am looking forward to joining the MVP CreatorCon Summit before Knowledge on May 4, participating in the hackathon, spending time at the booth, exploring the event, and attending some great sessions on AI Agents, Control Tower, and the Vibe Code Lounge.”

AI is rapidly changing the way we work, and it is presenting leaders with a question: how can we prepare our workforce for the AI-driven future? This roundtable brings together experts from different industries who are confronting the same question.

Context Engine and Context Layer: What Is It and Why Does It Matter?

Are you a bit unclear about what people mean when you hear terms like “semantic layers” or “context engine”? If you have questions, this session should help provide you with answers, while laying out ServiceNow’s cognitive intelligence vision.

Now on Now: From Blind Spots to Control – Securing Non-Human Identities With Veza

Veza was one of ServiceNow’s biggest acquisitions of all time. So why has the company invested so much in Veza? And why is identity-related security such a priority in 2026? This Now on Now session shares how Veza is helping to tackle one of the fastest-emerging attack surfaces in the enterprise – non-human identities (NHIs).

Gen Z vs Gen AI: Preparing the Next Generation for an AI-Powered Workforce

If there’s one generation that has experienced technology like no other, it is Gen Z. This generation is native to digital culture and grew up surrounded by technological innovations, all while preparing for a new AI-driven future.

In this session, hear what students think about the pros and cons of AI, how education can prepare them, and how organizations and platforms can keep pathways into the digital economy open.

“This session focuses on how the next generation is preparing for an AI-driven future. It highlights how ServiceNow partnerships with academic institutions are helping bridge skill gaps through real-world exposure,” said Atul Grover, a ServiceNow MVP and Platform Owner.

Keynote: Welcome to Agentic Business

ServiceNow is going all in on AI, recently announcing its move to a fully integrated, AI-native platform where AI, data, workflows, security, and governance are embedded by default across every product and package.

In this keynote, ServiceNow Chairman and CEO, Bill McDermott, is joined by other ServiceNow execs and special guests to see how organizations are putting AI control front and center.

“We are super excited about the AI infused everywhere strategy – and how customers can really turn that into a reality. The new ESM Foundation is super exciting as it opens up ServiceNow to a whole new cohort of organizations – possibly tens of thousands of net new organizations around the world,” said Chris Gabriel, executive and head of marketing and innovation at NTT Data.

“And our big theme is around AI Control Tower and how the big bang of AI is expanding and why ServiceNow platform owners are in the perfect position to control it – in fact their business needs them to.”

Ask ServiceNow EmployeeWorks: Building the AI Front Door for Work

ServiceNow EmployeeWorks is an AI-powered “conversational front door” designed to unify employee interactions, enterprise search, and autonomous workflow execution across the ServiceNow AI platform.

A Conversation With WomenNow Leaders: The Unspoken Power of Women’s Soft Skills

Success in tech can’t be reduced to knowing how to code – it’s also about understanding people. In this discussion, the WomenNow leadership team explores how emotional intelligence, adaptability, and communication can help women at every level advance their careers, lead teams, and drive innovation.

“I’m really looking forward to attending this session because I strongly believe in supporting and uplifting women in tech. Recently, I hosted a women-only meetup where we had very open and honest conversations – ranging from dealing with anxiety and burnout to navigating careers while being new moms or managing family responsibilities,” said Shreya Wani, a 3x ServiceNow MVP.

“That experience reinforced for me that success in tech goes far beyond technical skills. It’s about empathy, communication, and truly understanding people. This session resonates deeply with that belief, and I’m excited to gain more insights on how we can leverage these strengths to grow, lead, and support each other more effectively in our careers.”

Ask Me Anything: AI Control Tower

AI governance is already on the radar of risk and compliance teams. ServiceNow contends that its AI Control Tower gives organizations visibility and control over the AI models and agents running across the enterprise. Here’s an opportunity to sit down with its AI Control Tower experts and ask them anything in an open Q&A.

“Knowledge is going to be chock-full of two major things in my humble opinion: platform governance and AI governance with AI Control Tower, and building your future with Build Agent on the platform.”

Featuring Tanium, this session explores the world of Autonomous IT – a zero-touch Service Desk fueled by real-time visibility and control with intelligent, agentic workflows.

Exchange Roundtable: CMDB/CSDM Foundation – Build It Right or Fix It Now

This session will help inform your way through these challenges, by discussing with the ServiceNow experts who have been through it all before.
