By Matt Rooke

ServiceNow has recently released the full list of sessions and speakers for this year’s Knowledge conference. Unsurprisingly, it features some big names, including business executives and CEOs, alongside actors, musicians, and writers.

With less than a month until the big event, there’s a lot to get excited about. Here are some of the biggest names on the agenda.

ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 Lineup: Idris Elba, Dr Rumman Chowdhury, Jensen Huang, Raj Subramaniam, Mindy Kaling, Alan Rosa, Allie K Miller, Trevear Thomas.

1. Idris Elba

As you probably already know, Idris Elba is an English actor, writer, and rapper. He is particularly well-known for his appearances in TV shows like The Wire, Luther, and The Office. He is also a successful musician, rapper, and DJ.

When he’s not rapping or acting, Elba is also a brand ambassador and ‘evangelist CEO’ for ServiceNow. Unsurprisingly, therefore, he’ll be playing a big role at this year’s Knowledge conference. Elba will appear at the ‘Knowledge Unscripted’ panel on Thursday, May 7. Also including Nick Tzitzon (ServiceNow Vice Chair) and Dr. Rumman Chowdhury (below), the session promises to discuss ‘power, creativity, accountability, and what it actually means to build progress people trust’.

This session isn’t the only time we’ll be seeing Elba at Knowledge 2026. As we reported earlier this year, he’ll be opening the Knowledge After Party with a DJ set on the evening of the same day. He’ll then be followed by the party’s headline act: The Backstreet Boys

2. Dr. Rumman Chowdhury

Dr. Rumman Chowdhury is a Bangladeshi-American data scientist who is particularly well-known for her work around responsible AI. She gained awareness for her roles in high-profile organizations like Twitter and Accenture, where she was responsible for issues like algorithmic bias and ethics in technology.

Today, Chowdhury is the Founder and CEO of Humane Intelligence, a non-profit organization working to build sustainable and ethical AI practices and infrastructure. She’ll be appearing alongside Elba and Tzitzon (see above) at the Knowledge Unscripted panel on Thursday, May 7.

3. Jensen Huang

Even if you haven’t heard of Jensen Huang, you’re probably already aware of the company he leads: NVIDIA.

Over the last few years, NVIDIA has become one of the most prolific companies in the world. In fact, it was ranked the world’s third-largest company by market capitalization in 2025. That’s because it manufactures advanced chips and graphics processing units (GPUs), which power much of the AI innovation we’ve seen over the last few years.

Huang actually founded NVIDIA himself back in 1993 and has led the company through the 33 years since. This means there are few people in the world better qualified to talk about the agentic AI transformation we’re living through – and the effect this will have on global enterprises.

At this year’s conference, you can hear from Huang at ‘Welcome to Agentic Business’ on Tuesday, May 5. He’ll be joined by Raj Subramaniam (below), ServiceNow CEO and Chairman Bill McDermott, and a range of other ServiceNow executives. The session promises a wide-ranging discussion of how AI agents are being used across today’s enterprises.

Check out the panel: Welcome to Agentic Business.

4. Raj Subramaniam

Raj Subramaniam is the President and CEO of FedEx, a multinational company best known for its logistics and delivery services. He has held the role of President since 2019 and CEO since 2022.

Subramaniam began his FedEx career back in 1996. Since then, he’s held a number of positions within the company, including President of Marketing and EVP in Marketing and Communication. At this year’s Knowledge conference, you can find Subramaniam at the ‘Welcome to Agentic Business’ on Tuesday, May 5. He’ll join Jensen Huang (above) and Bill McDermott in this session.

5. Mindy Kaling

Mindy Kaling is an award-winning writer, producer, and actor. She is particularly well-known for her role as Kelly Kapoor in the US TV series The Office. More recently, she’s appeared in The Mindy Project and created a number of TV series, including Never Have I Ever, The Sex Lives of College Girls, and Running Point.

Kaling will appear alongside other speakers on this list at Curious Leadership: Empowering People in the Age of AI. The session promises an ‘honest conversation about what it truly takes to lead people forward with confidence in an AI-driven future’.

6. Alan Rosa

As the Chief Information Security Officer of CVS Health, Alan Rosa certainly knows a thing or two about the intersection between AI, governance, and safety. He’s responsible for the security of IT systems across the company, including the digital workplace, contact center, infrastructure, and cloud and technical operations.

Rosa will speak at ‘The Blueprint for Agentic Business’ on Wednesday, May 6. He’ll be joined by Amit Zavery, President, ServiceNow’s Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The conversation will discuss ‘how ServiceNow brings together your data, AI, workflows, and security to build and scale AI you can trust’.

7. Allie K Miller

Allie K Miller is a writer and speaker who specializes in AI-related topics. She is particularly active on LinkedIn, where she has over 1.6M followers. She has advised several well-known companies on AI strategy, including Novartis, Samsung, and Salesforce.

Miller will join Mindy Kaling (above) and Trevear Thomas (below) at Curious Leadership: Empowering People in the Age of AI.

8. Trevear Thomas

Trevear Thomas is the Global Chief Growth Officer at Deloitte. He has worked for the company for almost 30 years, having held multiple roles within the business. This includes US Strategic Growth Offerings Leader and a position on the company’s Global Board of Directors.

You can hear what Thomas has to say about leadership and AI on Wednesday, May 6. Here, he’ll join Kaling and Miller in Curious Leadership: Empowering People in the Age of AI.

Looking Ahead to Knowledge 2026

Whatever panel you want to attend, there’ll certainly be plenty of fascinating stories and insights from the people on this list.

But make sure you turn up with plenty of time to spare. All these sessions operate a ‘first-come, first-seated’ policy, with no tickets or seat reservations. We suspect some of these sessions will be quite popular, so make sure to plan ahead!
