It was a jam-packed week at this year’s Knowledge conference in Las Vegas.
As the timeless saying goes, a picture paints a thousand words… With that in mind, here are our top visual highlights for you to enjoy.
The Expo
The heart of any conference, the Knowledge expo was a bustling hub of activity, from the solutions stage and Knowledge exchange to the AI innovation zone and partnership pavilion, and of course, excellent snacks!
CreatorCon
This is where community creativity thrives, from getting stuck in at the hackathon and building agents in real time (the queue was enormous!), to hands-on labs and live coding happy hours – all rounded off by a brilliant keynote hosted by senior developer advocates Lauren McManamon and Kirsty Merriam. Truly a builder’s paradise!
Collectible Community Cards
This was a real highlight and such a fantastic way to connect with fellow attendees – icebreakers don’t come much better!
Here’s how it worked: Download the app, upload your headshot, answer a few quick questions to determine your “superpower”, et voila… your very own customized community card, complete with jazzy new hairstyle awaits. Think Pokemon for ServiceNow professionals – gotta catch ‘em all!
With over 4,700 attendees creating cards, there was no shortage of conversations taking place. The CreatorCon area also housed a dedicated wall of MVPs and Rising Stars – a whole host of ServiceNow experts to connect and collaborate with.
User Groups
There’s nothing quite like community, and that was very much the sentiment with those we met at Knowledge: being part of an active, thriving community.
There are ServiceNow user groups (affectionately known as SNUGS) all over the world. Whether you’re keen to connect in person or online, why not see if there’s a user group near you?
University
Officially unveiled during Knowledge 2025, ServiceNow’s learning platform has been given an exciting new lease of life. Introducing University, the all-singing, all-dancing one-stop-shop for ServiceNow professionals. Embracing the power of play, this gamified platform was the talk of the expo town for newbies and legends alike. Next level of career development unlocked!
After Party
Once Day 3 wrapped up, attendees headed over to The Sphere – a truly unique venue that’s shaped exactly as the name suggests.
Leon Bridges kicked things off with a wonderfully soulful set, before Gwen Stefani took to the stage to knock our socks off with hit after nostalgic hit.
That’s a Wrap!
There were countless other highlights, including hundreds of expert-led sessions – far too many to squeeze in here. You can also check out Knowledge 2025 attendees’ favorites here.
