ServiceNow’s AI Learning Days are back for 2026 – a series of free sessions built around “expert-led content on ServiceNow, AI trends, and the skills shaping what’s next in the world of work”.

Described by Trina Marxen (Director of Learning GTM & Engagement) as “a true labor of love”, last year’s sessions attracted over 18,000 attendees. So what does this year’s series of events have in store for learners?

Thoughts from the Community

Mahathi Veena, ServiceNow MVP

“Last year, I described AI Learning Days as an energising experience that changed how I think about AI as something that is reshaping how we work, learn, and grow. This year, the agenda feels just as relevant, maybe even more so. For ServiceNow practitioners especially, I think the value is in how it helps connect the dots between where AI is heading and what that actually means in day-to-day work on the platform.

“What stands out is that it is not really framed as Human vs AI. It is more about humans and AI working together in practice. Sessions like ‘Staying Grounded: Trust, Belonging, and Finding Your Place in the AI Era’ and ‘The Road to Go-Live: The Human Side of AI Adoption’ really bring that out, focusing on how people adapt, build trust, and evolve alongside new capabilities.

“On the more practical side, ‘Architecting Data for AI’ is a good reminder that none of this works without getting the foundations right. For ServiceNow especially, that connection between data, workflows, and AI is where a lot of the real value shows up.

“Overall, I feel it supports practitioners in understanding and applying AI in practical enterprise settings, where humans and AI complement each other rather than compete.”

Tosin Dada, ServiceNow MVP

“ServiceNow AI Learning Days are worth attending because AI is quickly becoming part of how we work in ServiceNow. It’s a good chance for practitioners to understand what’s practical, what adds value, and how AI can actually support delivery and workflows – a practical view of how AI fits into the future of service management.

“I’ll also be hosting a session during AI Learning Days also, so I’m especially excited to see practitioners come in curious and leave with something practical they can apply.”

Shreya Wani, ServiceNow MVP

“The ServiceNow AI Learning Days aren’t just about training; they are where the blueprint for the autonomous enterprise is actually handed to you. As a Technical Product Owner, I’ve seen that the real ‘insight’ isn’t just in the AI itself, but in the governance and action – learning how to move from simple chatbots to sophisticated AI Agents that truly execute work.

“This is hands-down the best platform to master the intersection of AI and ServiceNow because it bridges the gap between ‘what’s possible’ and ‘what’s production-ready’. You’ll gain the skills to lead your organization by orchestrating a digital workforce that is secure, governed, and autonomous.”

Get Involved… With NASA?

This year, ServiceNow is offering attendees a unique opportunity to get hands-on with AI in support of real scientific research. And yes, we did say NASA… as in, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration – the same team behind one giant leap!

“Work with real lunar imagery from NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter to identify craters, rocks, and surface features that help train AI models and support future space exploration.”

Hosted in partnership with the Planetary Science Institute and Goodera, this highly collaborative, interactive experience offers volunteers the chance to see real scientific impact.

Fancy mapping the moon? Here’s your chance!
