ServiceNow is bringing the best of CreatorCon from Knowledge 2025 to three locations in India this year. AI workshops, live demonstrations, and upskilling opportunities will be on the agenda during the day-long events to be held in Bengaluru on July 5, Pune on July 7, and New Delhi on July 11.
It is completely free to attend, but guests must register, and spots are limited. The event is designed for anyone building on ServiceNow, including developers – beginners, and the more experienced – along with admins, architects, platform owners, and more. The Agenda for CreatorCon India 2025
Each event is described as being full of “AI, action, and aha moments”, with ServiceNow product leaders discussing what’s next on the roadmap, insights, platform updates, and the future of ServiceNow and artificial intelligence.
There will also be learning labs where visitors can get “hands-on” experience, after choosing a speciality track.
Track 1: Innovate with GenAI. Participants will build AI-powered apps, gaining experience with the Now Assist Skill Kit; crafting custom GenAI experiences, learning proper prompt engineering, and integrating AI into workflows.
Track 2: Scale with AI agents, This involves automating better business flows by configuring ServiceNow AI Agents using the Admin Console, exploring the AI Agent Framework, and building agents.
There will also be a HackZone – a “playground to explore what’s possible”.
The event will also feature a networking and recharge session at the reception, where guests will be encouraged to meet their industry peers over tea and food.
Attendees can create custom Hero AI Avatars and then scan fellow guests’ QR codes to collect their avatars. It’s a great way to break the ice!
There will also be a ServiceNow-powered photo booth, and a demo arcade where challengers can test logic and fix broken flows in fast-paced, fantasy-themed games built on Flow Designer and REST APIs.
CreatorCon India 2025 Details
This year’s event is in-person only, so attending virtually will not be an option.
Attendees should bring a valid photo ID for check-in. If you want to take part in labs and workshops, you should bring a laptop too. After registering, you should get a confirmation email within two business days.
The dress code is “casual and comfortable”. These events involve a lot of standing and moving around, so best to be comfy.
The Bengaluru event will be held on July 5, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center.
The Pune event will be held on July 7 from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune.
New Delhi’s CreatorCon is on July 11, starting at 10 AM and finishing at 6:30 PM, at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi.
Final Thoughts
Knowledge 2025 was a great success, with ServiceNow rookies and experts from all over the world travelling to Las Vegas for a week of excitement.
But not everyone can get the chance to fly across an ocean for the seismic event, so the more events ServiceNow can host across the globe, the more the community can take advantage of them.
