In the world of ServiceNow, MVP stands for Most Valued Professional. This program, which kicked off back in 2015, is all about celebrating those who go above and beyond to support the community – leaders in “innovation, commitment, talent, and teamwork”.
The class of 2026 has just been announced, so let’s join the community in congratulating this latest cohort as they accept the well-deserved accolade of ServiceNow MVP.
The Class of 2026
Cue the confetti! There are dozens of MVPs to congratulate each year, a mixture of new and returning individuals from around the world. You can see all of 2026’s MVPs in ServiceNow’s announcement post. And if you’d like to get to know each of them a little better, you can check out their personal video introductions, too.
“ServiceNow MVPs are deeply committed to engaging, guiding, and sharing their knowledge with peers around the globe, online and offline. They’re extraordinarily passionate about giving back, and they truly represent the voice of our greater ecosystem. The 2026 ServiceNow MVP award is our way of celebrating the remarkable influence and technical credibility these members demonstrated in 2025.”

How Do You Become a ServiceNow MVP?
There are some key criteria to hit if you want to be named a ServiceNow MVP:
- First up, you must be an active registered member, and you cannot be a ServiceNow employee.
- It’s also important that your reputation follows the ServiceNow Community Code of Conduct and ServiceNow’s program values.
- Your contributions within the last year should be consistently helpful, accurate, and exemplary.
- Contributions within the last year should be posted throughout the year (between January and November).
- Your ServiceNow Community profile should be up-to-date.
You can nominate a peer or yourself during the month of December. Applications are reviewed in January each year by the ServiceNow Community team, with the announcement following in February via a community blog post – this one! Don’t forget, if you are a current MVP, you’ll need to apply again the following year to be eligible.
What Are the Benefits of Becoming a ServiceNow MVP?
As well as the undeniable clout that comes with being named a “most valuable professional”, specific MVP perks include:
- A free ticket to ServiceNow’s flagship conference in Las Vegas: Knowledge.
- Early access to product releases.
- An exclusive annual MVP gift package.
- An invitation to the private ServiceNow MVP Corner.
It’s also worth noting that you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and provide personal contact info if you want to access all of the perks above.
The Rising Stars Program
It’s also worth noting ServiceNow’s Rising Stars program. Where MVPs are established thought leaders, rising stars represent emerging voices and ‘ones to watch’ – often seen as a first step on the path to MVP. You can learn more about the program here.
